Ahhh, what a relaxing day.

Christina and I headed off to the Galleria today to do a bit of shopping for summer. x] Yay! I finally got to buy some shorts and... etc. etc. in preparation for the blistering days of heat that will soon be coming. How ironic it happens to be raining as I type this up, but oh well. So... I was able to visit many of my favorite stores and purchase some wonderful items: t-shirts + tank top, which I practically live in, well... the tees anyway (Armani, Urban Outfitters, dEliA's); shorts, which I don't really have any of (American Eagle, dEliA's); new Converses (Urban Outfitters); body scrub (Bath and Body Works); lip gloss (XD)(Stila by Sephora); CANDY (Dylan's Candy Bar); and a MUSE DVD (FYE). Fun stuff. [I would have put all of that under a cut to not bore the crap out of you, but I still suck at this livejournal thing.]

Then we saw Star Wars, which was quite amazing. I loved Hayden Christensen and all his brooding glory. Too bad practically all of his flesh was burned off. o.o I hope that didn't spoil anything for you guys. For someone who knows jack squat about Star Wars, I think I've now kinda got the hang of things. I absolutely loved the movie, especially YODA. He rocks. x]

17 days.

Because we're going to their concert June 15th, I thought I'd make a header. I love Tom. x]

Also, MUSE/RAZORLIGHT this Thursday. YEAH.

Alright. How was it? Words cannot describe how amazing it was to see M U S E live. It was beautiful. I was so ecstatic. Razorlight opened for them, and they were pretty good, but people were being a bit rude. Someone said, "Play another song, you suck!" and then someone else said some very profane words, but I thought they were pretty good, until the end... So Johnny's singing away, and he's really into the song, so he throws the microphone stand in the air, and it hits Carl in the back. Well, Carl gets really pissed off, stops playing, and flicks him off. Then they finish the song and stop the set. Coincidence?

But Muse was beyond wonderful. Matt looked so...heavenly. x] He was so nice too. Some lady in the pit gave him these flowers, and he started sniffing them, saying they were lovely and everything. What a nice guy. They came back for an encore too, in which they threw giant, white balloons filled with red confetti in the air. His voice is just as amazing, possibly even more live, and I can definitely see why they're considered Best Live Band by... many, many, many people. Wow. I'm still in awe.

I went to the Clay Court Championships yesterday with Alex and her parents, and let me tell you. It was AWESOME. For those of you who don't really play tennis and only know Andy Roddick... he was there. x] I got his autograph before he played, and I suppose I should have gotten it after he won, but... I didn't. Too many screaming, raging fangirls going insane. I also saw Tommy Haas play Jeff Morrison, who had the best shot the entire day. The ball flies over his head, and he hits it between his legs into a beautiful shot. It was matchpoint too, so he managed to weasel out of it around four times. It was impressive. Agassi was there too, but sadly, I didn't score his autograph. Ergh. It was amazing, although not nearly as big at the Masters Cup. Federer wasn't there. x[

Gah, this week has a lot going on. Tomorrow is the end of year dinner for FBLA, and then I'm heading to Christina's Spring Show for Drill Team on Saturday after my dad's work picnic. Hehe.

Yay, I got a livejournal. I'm still trying to figure out the coding and junk, as you can see, but I'm working on it. x]

So... the last two weekends have been pretty good. Last week, on Friday, I went to The Music concert with Christina, Seetha, and Joy. It was AWESOME. I'm in love with Phil Jordan, the drummer. It was a pretty small club, so I was able to meet most of the band, except for Stuart. In fact, when I went up to buy a shirt, Rob, the lead singer, actually leaned over the table and asked me if I needed help. I was in shock. But then he signed my shirt, and before the show, so did Phil, who has the world's sweetest smile. After the concert, I got Adam, the guitarist to sign my shirt as well. They are so amazing in concert. Everyone go buy their CD! Welcome to the North. Alrighty, then on Saturday, I went to Lacoste and bought a polo while my mom got a new sweater. Afterwards, we went to see Romeo and Juliet, the ballet. I was really tired though, so I kind of dozed off towards the end, but only briefly. XD On Sunday... hmm, I got my hair cut?

This past weekend has been Easter holiday, and I have today off for Staff Development. A friend spent the night on Thursday, and we watched Finding Neverland, King Arthur, and on Friday, I watched The Incredibles, which was one of the best animated movies of all time. Then on Sunday, it was Alexa's birthday party. We spent most of it eating, DDRing, and in the hot tub. Besides that, I've just been lounging around, not doing that much. >.>

Hope you guys are having a good easter!
